COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION

WOMEN’S CHARITABLE SOCIETY “MOTHER’S CARE“ collects certain information provided by you when you contact one of our employees, through your request/registration for participation in surveys, registration and participation in events, initiatives, webinars, through the website https://mgrija-gabrovo.org/, our Facebook page, through Google Analytics, or otherwise.

The collection of personal information is in order to respond to enquiries, messages sent and to carry out actions related to the Charity’s objectives including but not limited to: participation in competitions, projects, initiatives etc. organised by Mother’s Care, registration to receive newsletters, and enquiries about donations.

 

We collect and store the following personal information:

      • Data of subjects Donors Individuals who sign a donation contract on the basis of the donation made – three names; ID number or personal number of a foreigner; address, bank account number.
      • Data of subjects, including partners, who carry out an activity on the basis of a signed contract – three names; National ID number or ID number of a foreigner, data from an ID document, addresses, education, bank account, others provided by the subject.
      • Data on subjects Volunteers who donate their work – three names; ID number or ID number of foreigner; address.
      • Data of subjects who participate in campaigns and projects carried out by the Women’s Charitable Society “Mother’s Care“ – first name, last name, place of residence, mailing address, email address, phone number.

The Charity does not collect, process or store special categories of personal data /sensitive data/.

We may also request additional information, but only with your explicit permission or if this information is necessary for the performance of the service you have requested. You are the sole owner of your personal information.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

      • We process the data of donors for the purpose of concluding donation contracts and the data of partners for the purpose of carrying out a specific activity/service and for the purpose of identifying the donor/partner.
      • We process the data of participants in competitions and projects, as well as volunteers who donate their work, for the purposes of participating in a competition, implementing a project, concluding a volunteer contract, and for identification purposes.
      • We process the data provided to us to contact the data subject, to respond to enquiries, to personalise content, to improve the performance of our website, for marketing purposes, for research and analysis and for other purposes permitted or not prohibited by law.
      • In addition to the specific purposes mentioned above, the Administrator also processes personal data for the fulfilment of statutory obligations arising from the legal requirements governing the Charity’s activities, financial and accounting activities, activities for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, for the purposes of pension, health and social security activities, human resources management activities.

Time limits for data processing and storage:

Your information may be stored and processed in certain locations where we have offices, in strict compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Personal data provided will be kept for the duration of a project and for up to 5 years after the project has ended for the purposes of any audit by the relevant authorities.

Personal data for accounting and tax audit purposes and data relating to donations received will be kept for up to 10 years.

The stated period may be modified if a different retention period is required by applicable law.

The Women’s Charitable Society „Mother’s Care“ is obliged not to disclose personal data about its donors to third parties – state authorities, commercial companies, individuals and others – except in the following cases: with your explicit consent; if this is provided by law; if duly requested by a competent state or judicial authority; if this is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Women’s Charitable Society „Mother’s Care“ and/or other users of the services; if the information is necessary for and to prevent harm to persons or property.

Also, a necessary part of your information may be used to prevent possible harm to persons or property.

Women’s Charitable Society „Mother’s Care“ does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area or to international organisations.

Subject to the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other applicable legislation, you have the right to request from us information about, a copy of, access to or erasure of your personal data and to restrict the processing of your personal data.     1. Right of information and access: to obtain information on the processing of your personal data by the data Administrator and to access such data.
    2. Right of rectification: to request the rectification or completion of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
    3. Right to erasure: to request the erasure of your personal data where the grounds for erasure set out in the GDPR apply;
    4. The right to restriction of processing: to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data within the limits set out in the GDPR, if the grounds for doing so apply;

If you send us a request relating to the exercise of your rights, the Administrator may ask you to identify yourself appropriately in order to provide you with the requested assistance.

This policy will change over time as a result of advances in data protection legislation and as a reflection of Mother’s Care Women’s Charitable Society’s desire to improve and adapt its practices to the latest developments in the field. Mother’s Care Women’s Charity strictly applies the relevant data protection legislation to all personal data processing activities.
